Frequently Asked Questions

DO I HAVE TO ATTEND THE SUMMIT TO BE A SPONSOR?

No. Sponsors do not have to attend the Summit to participate. All sponsorship benefits are provided regardless of attendance.

HOW MUCH IS THE SPONSORSHIP FEE?

The sponsorship fee is $250.00. IWE Summit offers one sponsorship tier, and all sponsors receive the same benefits.

IS THE SPONSORSHIP FEE REFUNDABLE?

No. All sponsorship fees are non-refundable. Only if the event is canceled.

WHAT DOES MY SPONSORSHIP INCLUDE?

Each sponsorship includes:

One (1) 60-second Sponsor Spotlight played on Friday and Saturday

Inclusion of sponsor materials in Summit swag bags

Individual recognition on the IWE Summit website

Individual recognition on IWE Summit social media platforms

CAN I SUBMIT MY OWN SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT VIDEO?

Yes. Sponsors may submit their own video as long as it meets the Summit’s video requirements and is submitted by the deadline

WHAT ARE THE VIDEO REQUIREMENTS?

Videos must be:

No longer than 60 seconds

Well-lit with clear audio

Recorded in a clean, professional setting

Presented in business attire with a well-groomed appearance
Videos must include the business name, services, contact information, and swag bag acknowledgment.

WHEN IS THE VIDEO SUBMISSION DEADLINE?

All sponsor-submitted videos must be received by April 10, 2026

WHAT ITEMS CAN I INCLUDE IN THE SWAG BAGS?

Approved items include flyers, business cards, brochures, or small promotional items that align with the values of the Summit.

DOES SPONSORSHIP INCLUDE A VENDOR TABLE?

No. Sponsorship and vendor participation are separate opportunities. Vendors must register separately.
